FULFILMENT POLICY

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payments Policy and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refer to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ourselves. The terms herein pertain to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to engage in the process of assisting the Client in the most suitable manner, with the explicit aim of fulfilling the Customer’s requirements regarding the provision of the Company’s specified services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of Barbados (Republic of). Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, is taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
At KultureShock West Indies Marketing Inc., we stand behind the quality of our digital products. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for all digital products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must be defective or unused and in the same condition as received.
Refunds are not available for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Delivery Policy
Instant Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your digital products. Simply follow the provided instructions to access your files.
Secure Downloads: Your digital products are securely hosted on our platform, ensuring safe and reliable downloads every time.
Download Limits: In some cases, there may be limits on the number of times you can download a product. These limits, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to you during the purchasing process.
Technical Support: If you encounter any issues with your downloads or have questions about accessing your products, our customer support team is here to assist you. Simply reach out to us via support@kultureshockwi.com or 1 246 243-7721.

Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but are not refundable. Your account will automatically switch to a Free User at the end of your billing cycle. Free Users who cancel their subscriptions will have their accounts and data deleted. (see Privacy Policy for more)

REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Enjoy peace of mind with our comprehensive refund policy. We offer full refunds on all products within 30 days of the purchase date.

Delivery Policy
Rest assured, we strive to get your purchases to you promptly. Unless otherwise specified on the product page (e.g., pre-orders/bespoke products), we dispatch all orders within 7 days. Our trusted shipping partners, including USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx, ensure reliable delivery. While most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks, occasional instances of lost goods may lead to longer delays. Please be aware of potential shipping and customs uncertainties for international customers. If you haven’t received your product within 4 weeks, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Return Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, offering a full refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to KultureShock West Indies Marketing Inc..

Cancellation Policy
Need to make a change? Customers can cancel orders within 30 days for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations beyond this period.

Administrative Fee
All refunds are subject to 7% administrative fee charges.

SELLER FULFILMENT POLICY
Our Seller Fulfilment Policy grants sellers full responsibility for managing the packaging and shipping process to customers. This means sellers handle all expenses related to shipping products directly to buyers.

This fulfilment method offers numerous benefits to sellers, including:

  • Maintaining control over all aspects of their business.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and making necessary adjustments to boost sales and profits.
  • Having a clear overview of all financial costs associated with each transaction.
  • Increasing margins on every product, as sellers aren’t required to pay additional fees for warehousing or for order fulfilment services.

Here’s some tips on how to fulfil an order effectively:

  • Conduct a thorough quality check of the product before packaging to ensure it matches what the buyer has purchased, reducing the likelihood of returns or rejections.
    Bespoke products should be clearly stated along with their approximate processing schedule.
  • Use high-quality packing materials capable of withstanding stress and protecting the product during transit. Inner packaging, such as shock-absorbing materials, bubble wrap, padding, or newsprint, may prevent damage during shipment and return.
  • Affix the invoice and shipping label securely to the package. Seal the package with sufficient tape to prevent items from becoming lost during transit. Clearly write the buyer’s correct address and information, and include your return address.
  • Schedule a pickup with your nearest courier service or drop off the package yourself at a nearby courier or postal service for immediate dispatch or in accordance with your policy.
  • Provide the buyer and site administrator with shipment and dispatch notifications containing tracking details for easy tracking and follow-up.
