Product Information
Most of the physical goods on Kultureshockwi.com are located in select regional stores while stocks last. In some cases, the item will not be available at every location or country. All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the portal. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Any customisations offered by 3rd party brands/vendors are the responsibility of the 3rd party. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are US standard sizes. Please refer to the vendor size guides for clarification.

We will take care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices on the website and its network are correct when the relevant information is entered into the system. We reserve the right to disable products and refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

We will not be liable for Designs supplied by clients/vendors. It is the responsibility of the client to gain authorisation to use any copyrighted, trademarked or registered or otherwise licensed materials/ logos in their order.

Designs Made by Us
Any designs made by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form without prior written content.

Designs
We may from time to time use examples of customised designs and embroidery we have previously produced in our website, social media, networks, and exhibitions. If you prefer to not have your designs used in our promotional activities, please let us know by clearly stating so on your order.

Risks
Physical purchases are at the consumer’s risk once they are in her/his possession or that of someone nominated by the consumer. They cease to be at the consumer’s risk when they are returned to a carrier nominated by the supplier.

Electronic purchases are at the consumer’s risk once they are downloaded. The customer will be allowed two downloads per purchased file, which will be activated when the customer clicks the purchase button.
